Biscuits roulade is a dessert you can prepare when you’re rushing but you want to eat something good. It will not take long time and the taste will surely conquer you. Not to mention that it contains pistachio! Biscuits roulade should be in your menu this week!
– 8.8 oz Turkish delight
– 3.5 oz butter
– 3.5 oz sugar
– 7 oz pistachios
– 1 egg yolk
– 4 tablespoons water
Put the pieces of Turkish delight in a saucepan on low heat to dissolve with four tablespoons of water. Mix well until you get a thick jelly, then leave to cool a little and add smashed biscuits, butter, sugar, pistachios, 3 tablespoons cocoa and the egg yolk.
Mix them all very well and shape a roulade with your hands. Wallow it in cocoa powder and slice it. The biscuits roulade with large pieces of pistachio will delight everyone.
